I lifted this prayer from Catholic Culture but got rid of some unnecessary elements. This will work perfectly for those among us who will visit the cemetery in the Philippines. You could have this printed, or for those with handheld gadgets, you could just save it in your device.
You may also ask for holy water from your respective parishes to be sprinkled on the graves.

Leader: My dear friends, we gather today to pray for our brothers and sisters whose bodies lie here in rest. They have passed from death to life in company with the Lord Jesus, who died and rose to new life, and are purified now of their faults.
