Eagerly waiting for the 3rd encyclical

I devoured the first two enyclicals of the current Pope (along with Harry Potter 7) during my novitiate year. But the third one (the first is about love, and the second was on hope) would not be about faith (as most of us are expecting it to be, following the trimvirate faith-hope-love).

It will be entitled “Caritas in Veritate” (charity in truth) and will likely be published in April.

As the 16-month-old disintegration of the post-World War II financial system seems to be accelerating to a climax, Pope Benedict XVI is preparing a major papal encyclical outlining the principles behind a just and stable economy. Read more.
