Here's the grand welcome of the FIN to St. John Bosco. Upon arriving at the Villamor Airbase, he was immediately brought to his first stop, in the church named after him.

Upon arriving at the St. John Bosco Church, he was warmly welcomed by an ocean of crowd waving white handkerchiefs bearing his image. His Eminence, Gaundencio Cardinal Rosales, the Archbishop of Manila, was among those who welcomed him, along with Philippine Vice President Jejomar Binay.
