Paskong Pinoy sa Novitiate part 1

December is one of the busiest months in the seminary.

Years ago, we needed to rehearse for the December 8 affair (Solemnity of Immaculate Conception) since priestly ordinations used to take place in that date. At least last year, I heard that the ordination would be transferred to the 25th of March (Feast of the Annunciation); hence, it was a comforting news for us. This meant no much study period would be sacrificed.

Aside from the decorations that need to be put up in Canlubang (I so love the spacious rotunda!), and organizing the sponsorships of the novena masses, one of the things that the sems would look forward to (or in my case, be frightened about!) is the annual caroling. The leaders of the various youth groups in the seminary along with the brother assistant would think of new concepts each year.

Last year, we did not only go to nearby houses, we even went to St. John Bosco Parish in Makati, St. John Bosco Parish in Sta. Rosa, and the Shrine of Mary, Help of Christians in ParaƱaque to "spread the delights of Christmas" (hehehe what a euphemism!)

This year, we thought of something different: MTV!

I'm posting a raw video footage of what we shot yesterday. The four of us: Noble, Migs, Boni and I are the talents and Br. Dominggus is on the helm.
